2. The provisions of Article 42 paragraph 2 to paragraph 6 inclusive apply accordingly to the application under the paragraph. In this case, “three copies” in paragraph 2 of the same Law shall read as “one copy” and “the ages under paragraph 1 of the following Article and flight and other experiences as listed in the attached Table No. 2” in the paragraph 6 of the same Article shall read as “flying experience and other experience as listed in the attached Table No. 2”.
Article 65. An instrument rating or a flight instructor rating is established by making an entry to that effect on a competence certificate, held by the person concerned.
Article 65-(2). The class of aircraft specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under the provisions of Article 34 paragraph 1 of this Law shall be aircraft excluding aeroplanes.

Article 66. The distance specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under Article 34 paragraph 1 subparagraph (2) of the Law is 110 kilometres and the time specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under the same subparagraph is 30 minutes.
(Pilot Flight Training)
Article 67. Any person who will obtain permission under Article 35 paragraph 1 subparagraph (1) of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an application seeking permission for pilot flight training (the application must contain a description of the results of a medical examination received at a designated aviation medical examination institute, within one month prior to the application; (Form No. 26).
2. An application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by two photographs and a copy of the abstract of the census register or resident registration.
Article 68. The form of a student pilot permit under Article 35 paragraph 4 shall known as Form No. 27.
2. The term of validity for a permit under the preceding paragraph shall not exceed one year as specified by the Minister of Transport.
Article 69. The designation under Article 35 paragraph 1 subparagraph 3 of the Law is established when a certificate of appointment as a pilot flight training supervisor (Form No. 27-2) is issued. In this case, a term of validity shall be attached as a condition on the said designation.
